Personal StatementMy full name is Noe Moises Ramirez, I am 22 years old, I am full-time student and part-time teacher at the Instituto Nacional deUsulutan due to the requirements of my career. I have been studyingEnglish for about five years.

I like teaching, a lot, when I am in front of my studentseverything that has happened to me, good or bad stays outdoors andinstantly become into another person, a teacher, a person who caresabout his students and wants them to learn. I like English a lot and asone of my favorite things, well I like to share my knowledge and what abetter way to do it than teaching English, being a English teacher.

I look at my students and see them as the future of this country,so I want them to be profitable to this country and I try to be a goodperson so they can be good people.

Teaching PhylosophyMy teaching philosophy is education is the key to humandevelopment, I mean the more education, values and goodprinciple you have the better person you will be to our society,the most profitable person you will become to help and improveour society. I want to create in my students, this principle, tobelieve that education is the key to overcome ignorance, due toeducation is good and ignorance is evil. All those things likemurders, robberies, violations and kidnappings happen becauseof education lacking, lacking of values and principle that ateacher or parents could have formed in children. Becausethieves and murderers were taught that money is first, they doall those evil things because of money and perverseness but whatabout if someone would have taught that life is first over allthose material things and to protect others rather than yourself,also good values and principles, they would be better people.

For me, ignorance is a disease, a mortal one, because iskilling us, the more ignorant are there the moremurders, violations and kidnappings are there. Andthis disease do not only affects humans but animals,plants and our planet because we are destroying ourplanet because of our ignorance, we should startthinking in our future, in how what we do now willaffect our future generation, in short we must careabout others and stop being selfish. For me, as I said,ignorance is a disease and education is the cure,schools are the hospitals, teachers are the doctors, andknowledge is the vaccine
