The application concerns a primary discharge from the Waste Water Treatment Works(WWTW) at Cloghan and a storm water discharge from a storm water overflow at Castle StreetPumping Station located on the waste water collection system

The existing Wast~Water Treatment Works treats waste water to a secondary treatment level hyusinamp activatedsludge in an Oxidation ditch with the effluent separated in a clarifier
