History of theInstitution
Inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, a group of young enthusiasts of Kalikata and Rashpurvillages of Amta, founded Agragati to help and support the victims of unprecedented flood of South Bengalduring September - October 1978. In the summer of 2010, Agragati resolved to establish a B.Ed. college inthe name of Late Ramkrishna Mandal, who was the guiding force/spirit behind all the activities of Agragati.On 2015 Management has decided to commence D.El.Ed course with the affiliation from West Bengal Boardof Primary Education (WBBPE) from the session 2016-2018 along with present B.Ed. course as prescribed in
NCTE regulation 2014.
