founded in year 1995. Setup by an enterprising technocrat,
having wide experience of 30 years in heavy construction
industry, in partnership with highly experienced person.
Being himself a postgraduate Automobile engineer, has

The unit is situated in an Industrial area developed by Govt.
of Maharashtra, near Kolhapur in Western Maharashtra.

Experience : Around 38 Years experience in machine shop, and
Fabrication, Crusher Conveyors erection, fabrication
and commissioning of same. Experience in
construction equipment fabrication.
2) Shri. Joshi Chintamani Shankar Age – 72 years

Qualification : B.E. (Mech.), M.E. (Auto)
Experience : 45 years experience in construction industry, Equipment
fabrication and repairs, Maintenance and repairs of air
compressor, DG sets, Heavy Cranes, Concrete batching
plant, Transit Mixer etc. Design, fabrication &
Commissioning of small derrick cranes, DD winches,
special purpose machines etc. Experience in launching
of precast concrete girders for bridges. Developed &
fabricated 41 LPM @ 5 Kg/cm2 cement grout pump for
prestressed cables.

Safal• Jib cranes are having different configurations to suit customer
requirements.
• Jib cranes are Free standing column jib crane on concrete
foundation, wall mounted, articulated jib cranes.
• These are supplied in SWL 1 t to 5 T , Arm upto max 6 M,
HOL upto 6 M
• Free standing columns are fabricated out of plates & angles inside.

JIB CRANES
Cross section of column is Sq box section.
• Jib is generally made from ISMB with ISMC / plate on top flange as
required to cater for moment of inertia needed.
• Normal ratio for deflection of Jib/ column is l (Jib arm length)/800
which is normally accepted practice.
• Largest crane executed is 3T @ 6 M Arm. Column height max
designed & executed is 8 M. SWL 5 T @ 5 M + 3 T @ 8 M in same Jib
arm designed, but project is on hold.
