INTRODUCTIONINTRODUCTION
• E-Course became very important to interactive the learners today. And the learners can learn the electronics course in many different easy ways. We will propose in this paper Java Programming using FOR LOOP Technique
PROJECT SCOPEPROJECT SCOPE
• After completing this Module, the Learners should be able to write a FOR LOOP using the Java Programming environment. In addition, the learners expected to earn programming skills via using the e-learning technology.
PROJECT PLANPROJECT PLAN
• Regarding to this paper, I have proposed the project in the following phases:
• Phase1: I am going to use the internal method in this project due to the following reasons: Achievement, Skills, and Quality Control.
• Phase 2: Organize the elements required to complete this project in two days timeline as shown in next slide.

HUMAN RESOURCE PLANHUMAN RESOURCE PLAN
• We should create five members tom make assucsfule e-course such as: ID, SME, GD, and MMP. The expertises are as follows:
– The ID is expert in some modules in instructional deign technique.
– SME (Instructors)– The GD is expert in drawing using various kinds of soft ware– The MMP is expert in programming such as Flash MX, HTML,
and Java Programming.• The role of the Instruction Designer is the most
important in work team. Therefore, I need Support from CIDT (Centre Instructional Design and Technology) as well as the other trainers. I have constantly used these experts to help support our e-course.
