TEST REPORT Object: Keott Sampling Valves (VALVE BODY M4 TYPE T) Material identication: W1.4404, Charge no. 43807 4 Performed for: Keott A/S  Industrivænget 6-8  DK-5700 Svendborg MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENT Roughness meter: Diavite DH-8 Calibrated against: Test plate 528 PE5A Last calibrated: 30-01-2015 TEST PROCEDURE Using a roughness meter with absolute stylus KEOFITT partner Søby CNC A/S, Sneppevang 1, DK-3450 Allerød, has performed surface roughness measurement of the process connection measurements of the process connection and of inside surfaces in the valve chamber and in-/outlets. Results are given in the table bel ow. The area to be measured is aligned with respect to the instrument’s straight guide. 4 longitudinal scans are performed, label led 1 - 4 (see sketch below). 2,0 mm is scanned, corresponding to the test length of 1,5 mm and a lter with a cut-off of 0,25 mm. The stylus used has a rounding radius of approx. 2m.
