Enter the social-media void of art director, model, muse, analogue photographer, and stylist Catherine Marianne Brown aka. Roxy Adams or Ekatelina Black/White. A Jacqueline of all trades, this mysterious feline skulks through the jungle of contemporary creativity. The company was originally pitched to different professors of the University Design department; the practice resembles a ‘grey-area’ between fashion and fine art scenarios. Hence disregarding the boundaries of defined course curriculums. The campus studio acted as a pop-up office alongside a domestic full-time studio. ‘DYS9M-01’ is the company’s debut catwalk project, a highly ambitious collaborative piece. South meets North and East meets West, the styling flirts with student trends in Leeds. The sororal triad triangulates both still and moving image alongside performance.
