Deathwise Posters: From Dying2Learn to Dying to Know Day
CareSearch has just hosted its first MOOC, or massive open online course.
MOOCs are short web-based courses. Our MOOC was called Dying2Learn and
ran in June-July 2016. The purpose of the Dying2Learn MOOC was to build
community awareness and foster social discussion about death and dying in
Australia.
As one of the MOOC activities, participants were asked to create a poster to be
shared with the community as part of Dying to Know Day 2016. The message
for the poster needed to be their statement about what being Deathwise is.
In this slideshow we show you some of the many posters that were produced.
They outline messages for individuals, communities and systems about the
importance of being Deathwise.
