B. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING "MISS UTILITY" AT 1-800-257-7777, 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ANYEXCAVATION WORK.
C. THE DEVELOPER IS RESPONSIBLE TO HOLD A “PRECONSTRUCTION” MEETING TO INCLUDE THE CONTRACTOR,CHARLES COUNTY INSPECTION PERSONNEL, PUBLIC UTILITIES, AND ANY LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCIESAS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION.

H. A PROGRESS SET OF AS-BUILT PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO “SUBSTANTIAL INSPECTIONS” FOR WATERAND SEWER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING AN APPROVAL FOR SUBSTANTIAL INSPECTION
