boutique catering company in Brooklyn specializing Pan-African fusion cuisine, drawing

influences from the African Diaspora in Africa, the Caribbean Islands and in America.

Most importantly, we are passionate about excellent food and service. We are not

Catering Policies

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 50% of the Total Estimated Amount is needed to confirm the booking of this event. Deposit

refunds on cancellations are handled as follows –

Notice over 30 days prior to event: full refund of deposit

Notice 10 to 29 days prior to event: 50% refund of deposit

Notice less than 10 days prior to event: no refund of deposit

Final Payment:

Clients will be billed for the balance due 10 business days prior to event. The invoice amount is due upon

receipt.

Package Options:

A- Delivery Only ($20.00 + depending on distance)

B- Delivery & Set-Up ($55.00 min., includes disposable serving wear and sternos)

C- Buffet Service ($115.00 min., includes up to 3 hours line buffet service plus above)

D- Plated or Passed Service (Contact us for consultation and special pricing.)

Rentals:

Equipment, linen, dish and china rental is available per request. Cost of equipment rented will be added

and will be indicated on proposal. Client is also able to provide and/or rent their own equipment and/or

settings.

Set-up & Delivery:

Dining With Grace will be held liable for any lateness in set-up or delivery except in the case of an act of

God or any event out of our normal capacity to control, including lack of access to venue/ set-up area.

Menu:

Final menu must be chosen no later than 14 days prior to event. Caterer may make customer-approved

changes to menu in the event of inadequate market supply of products. Absolutely no changes can be

made to menu 10 days prior to event.

Late Orders:

Dining With Grace will try to accommodate all orders however orders given with less than 7 days

advance notice may be subject to rush fee of $35.00 or 25% of total food cost, whichever is more.

Questionnaire & Proposal:

Upon inquiry, Dining With Grace will send Questionnaire to gather full information about your event.

Please provide all pertinent information to ensure exact quote. Prices subject to change based on event

particulars. Proposal will be sent based on Questionnaire written or e-mailed response.

Additional Services:

Please let us know if any additional services are needed for your special event and we can connect you

to our special network of event planners, printers, graphic designers, florists, personal stylists, make-up

artist, hairstylists, groomers, photographers and more!
