Michael VanderhoofDirector, eCommerce Optimization
With a previous back ground in logistics at Target and TRU, my career took an exciting turn into ecommerce where I have led site performance improvement and optimization for the last two years. My focus areas have been on improving site speed, defining tag management, and building a test and learn culture at TRU.

The Exciting Challenge of New Technology• Introducing new technology to solve a problem many times can bring with it the need to rethink
or create new operating processes. • In the digital space, technology often spans across different departments requiring not only
new processes, but collaborative partnerships. • Before you know it, you are faced with identifying best practices, guidelines and creating
process flows. • The challenging task is not only getting multiple partners on board, but having them support
the new process.
