Plans and attends all functions of the Organization as they relate to special events.

Prepares reports for Board and Executive Director as required and necessary.

Attends meetings of the Organization and/or Board and appropriate committees, as requested.

Coordinates activities of Board members, volunteers, and committee members as necessary.

Works with appropriate staff and consultants to create all collateral materials for Organization including, but not limited to, brochures, newsletters, special projects, and annual reports.
