1) GENERAL & KEYED NOTES REPRESENT THE DESIGN INTENTOF THE DEMO / PREP AND RENOVATION WORK TO BEPERFORMED AND SHALL NOT LIMIT THE SCOPE.CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT A THOROUGHWALKTHROUGH AT THE PROJECT SITE AND IMMEDIATELYREPORT ANY FOUND CONDITIONS WHICH SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGES THE DOCUMENTED SCOPE OR OTHERWISEIMPACTS THE PROJECT.
