The main strength of the organization is the number of employees which the organization has in the different outlets in the several different countries wherever the organization is established. The organization is very popular and well- known for its brand recognition and also for its brand influence over the global customers. The balanced scorecard (BSC) approach is a very apt and an appropriate organizational strategy to cope up with the regular problems which the organizational managers might face with the employees of the organization on a daily basis. The balanced scorecard approach helps and assists the organizational managers to keep a track and to keep a supervision on the performance of the employees each day of work at the work place.
