About the tour:

This tour covers many of the finest forts, palaces, gardens and cities built by the Mughals in Delhi and Agra

and the Rajputs in Rajasthan. Delhi, Agra and Fatehpur Sikri dominated with Mughals monuments while

Jaipur, Udaipur Jodhpur and Jaisalmer have Rajputs build Forts and Palaces. Rajput maharajas served as

imperial commanders and as regional governors, while at home, in the fortified cities of Rajasthan. They

built some of India’s greatest temples, established a sophisticated court culture.


Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

On arrival at Delhi International airport meet with our office executive assistance and transfer to hotel check

in. (hotel check inj / out time 1200hr afternoon early check in subject to rooms availability)

Later city tour of Delhi, visiting landmark of Old Delhi which include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni chowk

& Khari Baoli Spice Market. Cycle Rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk.

Sightseeing of New Delhi which includes Qutab Minar, Humayun Tomb, Lotus Temple & VVIP areas

President House, Parliament & India Gate. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi - Agra (204kms/ 4hrs approx)

Breakfast at hotel drive to Agra check in at hotel.

Afternoon city tour of Agra visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Abhaneri - Jaipur (245kms/ 5hrs approx)

Breakfast at hotel drive to Jaipur enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri the 16th century ghost town and Abhaneri a

small village popular for the amazing step wells and Temple. Further drive to Jaipur check in at hotel.

Evening explore the pink city and visit the colorful bazaars. As per your interest wrap up your day by

watching Bollywood movie at the opulent Rajmandir Cinema. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur

Breakfast at hotel. Visit the majestic Amer Fort and Jaigarh Fort. Enjoy Elephant ride at Amber Fort.

Later visit the city monuments including City Palace, Observatory, Palace of Winds, Albert Hall Museum and

Birla Temple. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur - Udaipur (405kms/ 8hrs approx)

Breakfast at hotel drive to Udaipur en route visit Pushkar Temples.

Continue drive to Udaipur, check in at hotel. Rest time to relax and personal activities. Evening watch folk

performance “Dharohar” at Bagor ki Haveli. Overnight at hotel.


Day 06; Udaipur

Breakfast at hotel full day city tour of Udaipur, visiting Fort, Palaces, Havelis, Gardens, Temples.

Evening boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07; Udaipur - Jodhpur (265kms/ 5hrs approx)

Breakfast at hotel drive to Udaipur. en route visit either Ranakpur Jain Temple or Kumbhalgarh Fort as per

your interest.

Continue drive to Jodhpur, check in at hotel. Rest time free to relax in the hotel or visit the place of your

interest with your driver. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08; Jodhpur

Breakfast at hotel full day city tour visiting the attraction like Mehrangarh fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid

Bhawan Palace visiting area & Museum.

Later excursion to visit Mandore temples, Chhatris & gardens. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09; Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (265kms/ 5hrs approx)

Breakfast at hotel drive to Jaisalmer en route visit Pokhran Fort & Palaces.

Rest time free to relax in the hotel or visit the place of your interest with your driver. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10; Jaisalmer

Breakfast at hotel full day city tour visiting Fort, Palaces, Havelis and colorful market. Excursion visit to

Kuldhara - A haunted village nearby.

Evening excursion to visit Sam Dune village, enjoy camel safari and barbeque dinner in the desert with live

folklore performance. Overnight at hotel.


Day 11; Jaisalmer - Delhi (flight)

Breakfast at hotel. As per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. From Delhi board

connecting flight for onward destination.

In Delhi if required vehicle will be provided for interterminal transfer or for local use, going out for dinner etc.

Payment Policy:

Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.

Deposit of 50% of the package cost, 30 days prior to arrival date

Deposit of 100% of the package cost, 7 days prior to arrival date

Cancellation policy:

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on

Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).


For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only

which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/

contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed

meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Cancelation before 30 days – no cancelation fees only bank charges.

Cancelation before 29 -15 days – 25% of the invoice plus bank charges.

Cancelation before 14 –7 days - 50% of the invoice plus bank charges.

Cancelation before 6 – 3 days - 75% of the invoice plus bank charges.

Cancelation before 2 days – Now show 90% of the invoice.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees

of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be

charged as extra.

Agora Voyages act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways &

contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us

are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.

Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may

dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change

any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels

and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates

quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or

airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless

indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred –

directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery

or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any

untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in

connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly

– from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of

transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom

department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.


We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft,

or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home

country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides,

road blocks, bad weather, etc.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in our price. Tipping is optional, and at times expected in travel trade. Obviously there is no limit to how much you can tip and some guests who enjoy and appreciate the services of Guides, driver and other crew will and have tipped much more than our average tipping guideline of about $10-15 per day.
