A veteran cushion maker; Agus Sutrisno did not discover textileas a medium by accident. It has been his passion as long as he can remember. Agus does not just make cushions, he constructs and molds them.

Even as a little boy, Hendrik knew he wanted to weave furniture. No wonder this tiny man came to be known as one of the best furniture weavers in Indonesia. He can be seen working for many days on one piece of furniture with his bare hands, always keeping perfection as his ultimate goal understanding that the slightest weaving mistake can ruin the furniture.

Nung began making furniture for his parents when he just was a little boy, because he saw that they needed a comfortable place to rest. Nung can make many different types of weaves for seating. His weaving techniques are superb and he is very proud of it.

Weaving is an endangered craft, our weavers have learned from their fathers and families. Yanto is known in our factory as“the master weaver”. His hands worked in the weaving industry for more than 20 years proudly preserving the tradition he pays attention to the details and finishing of the weaves, skillfully weaving string by string creating pieces of art.

FIBERS. Our hand woven furniture made of Duo weaves, a

selection of the most natural looking yet durable fibers made

of high-density polyethylene. They are UV resistant,

environmentally friendly, fade resistant, weatherproof and

almost maintenance-free. Most of them are specially developed

for Duo Quality All Weather with the highest standards in mind by

some of the best synthetic fiber makers in the world, like: Viro and several others.

Each Duo Weaves fiber in the 2011 collection is each independently tested by

Bureau Veritas in Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong on UV-resistances,

weather proofing, durability and on environmental friendliness. Only after passing

all tests Duo uses the fibers for production

FABRICS. In 2011 we selected 9 striking weaves. Apart from the winning team Prussian Dark Bronze,

Red Pine, White Washed, Rough Bamboo, Silky White and Summer Grass, we have added the new

weaves. Black, Woodstock, and Ginger into the collection. Almost all the above weaves can be

used in the furniture of your choice, see our price list for more detail.

We make our durable cushions from Sunproof fabrics available in seven colors that withstand all weather

conditions. White and light colors are always recommended for longer outdoor use. Dry cleaning is recommended for our

fabrics.

While our cushions and pillows are made of standard foam for indoor use (they need storing when used outdoor during the

rainy storing during rainy period), Quick-Dry foam for heavy-duty all year round outdoor use is also available upon request.

Another new addition to our 2011 collection. This woody fiber shades from dark greenish to solid brown creating a vintage look. It works great for classical furniture models in creating a back-to-nature effect.

CHOOSING FURNITURE

1. Teak-wood top tables great combination but high

in maintenance; you may want to use it in the

shade for easier cleaning while keeping its

coating in top condition at all times. It goes

great outdoor too, but don’t forget to regularly

maintain its finish. Some houses would prefer them

weather naturally, though.

2. O u r t a b l e s a r e a v a i l a b l e i n c u s t o m

measurements; ask for a quote to get the price of

the sizes you want.

3. Create L-shape or U-shape modular lounges for

your living area by adding, mixing and matching

our sectional Bahama and Nairobi sofa lounges.

4. Laguna Daybed with Canopy is so compact with

its knockdown system on all its four pillars. You may

use it with or without the pillars and canopy.

5. What model goes with what weave? Check our

complete pricelist where you can find the weave

options of every furniture model.

6. Custom made models with different weaves and

sizes for special projects are most welcome. Ask

7. Optional packaging service for furniture (in foam

sheet and carton wrap) and special packaging

FOAM, FABRICS AND CUSHIONS

1. If our cushions and backrests of our lounges are

not the style you want? Our options are using

standard style (as in our catalogue), however

customized fluffy style is also available by adding

50‘dacron’ layers for your personal comfort.

2. Add splash of colors to the lounge area by

adding colorful and patterned throw pillows.

3. All canopy fabrics in Sun Proof material are

included for a l l daybeds and are fu l l y

detachable for easy cleaning.

4. Duo Plush Fabrics are locally sourced to

withstand harsh tropical sun and rain for a year.

White and light colors in Sun Proof material are

most advisable for longer period of use.

5. Order extra cushion, pillow and canopy fabrics in

various colors for different occasions.

7. All cushions and pillows are quoted in standard

foam. For all year round outdoor use, you may

want to consider using Quick Dry Foam.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

1. Our weaves are so durable ad low in

maintenance; you only need damp cloth to

clean our furniture from dust and dirt. For harder

stain use mild soap, water and soft brush.

3. Our Sun Proof fabric is washable and laundry-

machine friendly, however wash only when

necessary to maintain their beautiful color

longer. Dry cleaning is most advisable for best

result

4. White or light colors in Sun Proof material are

most advisable for longer period of use. Use

bleach to restore its color from time to time.
