01-External Wall.The external wall is roughly 325mm thick precastconcrete panal.100mm of concrete , Breather membrain , 125mm ofkingspan ridgid insulation , Vaipour Barrior , 100mm ofconcrete. With a polished concrete finish.
02-Internal stair core.The internal concrete stair core walls are 300mmthick with a polished concrete finish.03-Floor finishes for roof landing.The floor finish for the roof stair core is a 6m non sliprubber. With a R ratting of 0.05 .
05-Sub landings.The stairs are made of reinforced precast concrete with a8mm carpet finish and 1790mm in width.With a R ratting of 1.5.Complying with part K/M of the technical guidancedoctument.

07-Internal partition wall.The internal stud partition wall is made up of alluminiumC channels 80mm , with Gypsum plaster board 12.5mmeither side with a skim coat wet plaster finish. Suportedwith high tention cables 10mm in diameter which aresuspened from the roof.The tention cables are incasedin a steel sheeting.
06-Handrails.The handrails ard made up stainless steel verticals50mm with glazing and a stell handrail. The steel verticalbalustrades are secured with 2 no. 10mm diameter boltsand 2 no. 82 x 42 x 10mm steel fixings. Which areconected back to a steel plate that is fixed to the precastconcrete stairs with 3no. 10mm diameter bolts and asteel plate.Complying with part K/M of the technical guidancedoctument.To engineers specifications
