Dump or Truck Tippler

An equipment installed next to Side or Main Carrier for unloading cane on truck. Truck is parked and locked in position on the platform which is tilted to a maximum of 45 degree allowing cane to flow into the Carrier by gravity force.The number of dump tipplers required depends on mill capacity and kinds of truck used for transportation of cane.

DesignA steel structure platform, lifting up and down back to its position by hydraulic power via double acting or telescopic cylinder. The platform deck is of slip resistance checkered plate,12 mm thick. Stoppers provided at rear of the platform assisting for parking of truck at the position as well as prevention the running out of truck while tilting the platform.Hydraulic operated support bars can be OPTIONALLY installed for to avoid damage trunk of truck.

FabricationPlatform made of wide flange section structural steel, fabricated by semi-automatic solid wire MAG welding, spray arc with mixed shielding gas, Ar+CO2.

Hydraulics SystemHydraulics power unit consisting of electric motor, hydraulics pump, reservoir, control valves and telescopic cylinder(s) where control valves are assembled in a single piece sub-plate placed on the top of reservoir.Practically, it is economical to have one hydraulic power unit for 2 up to 3 tipplers.
