June 10, 2011 V ehicle auction was conducted.

June 16, 2011 Trustee in process of determining best methods of liquidating personal property of debtor; trustee

pursuing recovery of personal property that was taken by family members immediately following debtor's death. Counsel

for trustee is currently working with Miami Dade counsel to get records of items that the police department seized and

returned to the debtor's family.

November 10, 2011 Stipulation of Settlement being circulated for execution; debtor's personal representative, Tregg

Duerson, shall sign the Stipulation on behalf of the deceased debtor. The debtor's estate shall pay the bankruptcy

estate a lump sum payment of $13,500.00 by November 30, 2011, and the debtor has already turned over and the trustee has

already sold a 2002 Cadillac Escalade.

December 22, 2011 Stipulation of Settlement has been executed; trustee to file Motion to Approve.

December 30, 2011 Trustee filed Motion to Approve.

January 23, 2012 All funds have been collected; awaiting claims bar date.
