——We have many international advanced injection molding machines, full specification from 100T to 320T , and we have over 30 sets of most advanced additional equipments.

——Class 10,000 dust-free workshop, 7 lines of production run equipments, respectively, 2 lines of Transfer Printing, 2 lines of UV Coating, 2 lines of Primer Coating and one Automotive line.

We have totally 6 Class 10,000 dust-free workshops.

7. Scale and development:

——Company has more than 100 all kinds of technical personnel. Mold process workshop owns 10 CNC machines, 3

CNC engraving and milling machines, 6 linear cutting machines (wedm-ls, wedm-ms and wedm-hs), 6 EDM machines

(include one Shamir mirror EDM ) , 2 deep-hole drilling machines, 4 precision grinders and several high-accuracy 2D

and 3D inspection fixtures. Injection factory owns various precision injection molding machines, include 3 two-shots

injection molding machines. Spraying workshop owns Class 10,000 dust-free room, two each of auto painting and UV

pipeline, several silk-screen printing and pad printing fixtures.
