Dublin Design Studio
Award Winning Architects & DesignersA unique multi-disciplinary design studio.
We are a multi-award winning practise of architects
and designers of over 20 years in practise.
Established by architects David Craig and Niall
Henry, who have been collaborating on projects
since 1999, Dublin Design Studio was formed out
of a desire to focus on design excellence whether
it be the realisation of contemporary architecture
or the intricacies of product design and user
experience design.
Each project is approached as a collaborative
effort, between designer and client and an intimate
understanding of their brief and context.
We love challenges.
We understand that the world is changing, and
architectural and design needs evolving as well.
We take on a variety of projects, in diverse sizes
and for a wide variety of clients. For every project,
we compose a team that is best suited for its needs
and ensure that every question is answered, every
possibility considered.

costing from a Quantity Surveyor. Not a large
outlay, this will give you a degree of comfort on the
final cost.

if the proposal is likely to be contentious, as a
courtesy to your neighbours, we also recommend
meeting them to provide an overview of your
proposal. This short meeting tends to allay any
fears or misunderstandings that they may have.

responsibilities as a client in terms of Health and

of what is permitted in your application. Prior to
lodging an application we advocate resolving as
many decisions as possible within your budget.

of the planning appeals process in this diagram. If
at all possible, we will always make every effort in
the early stages to avoid this route.
However if it is unavoidable, we will provide you
with any specific advice in this eventuality.
