Step 4: Verify

ENABLED

1. Power LED (Blue) – On: system is up.

Off: system is down.

2. DMZ LED (Blue) – On: WAN2 interface is configured as DMZ.

Off (Default): DMZ is disabled.

3. Diag. LED (Red) – On: system self-test is running.

Blinking: system error.

Off: system self-test successfully completed.

4. 1Gbps LED (Blue) – On: port connected at 1000Mbps speed.

Off: port is connected at 10/100Mbps speed.

5. Link/Act LED (Blue) – On: port is connected to another device.

Blinking: packets are running through the port.

Off: port is not connected to a device.

Step 5: Log Into Web Interface

A. Make sure the Ethernet adapter on your computer is configured to DHCP mode or configure the adapter with a static IP address:

• IP Address: 192.168.1.x (x=any number from 2 to 99)

• Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Open a web browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.

Log in using the default credentials:

• Username: araknis

• Password: araknis

Step 6: Complete Quick Setup

Click the Quick Setup button in the left bar.

Use Quick Setup to configure:

• System name

• System IP address

• WAN 1 and WAN 2 settings

• DHCP servers

• Port forwarding

Use the menus in the web interface to change additional settings.

Other Access Methods: OvrC

Mobile Apps

Web Browser Access

OvrC provides remote device management, real-time notifications, and intuitive customer management, right from your computer or mobile device. Setup is plug-and-play, with no port forwarding or DDNS address required. To add this device to your OvrC account:

Connect the router to the Internet

Log Into OvrC (www.ovrc.com) or load the OvrC app

Add the Device (MAC address and Service Tag numbers needed for authentication)

1. Basic Reset – Press for 10 seconds. The Diag. LED will flash slowly until

the procedure is complete. The router will reboort and no

settings will be changed.

2. Factory Reset – Press for 20 seconds. The Diag. LED will flash rapidly until

the procedure is complete. All settings will be reset to

default. The current firmware version will remain.

Pro Tip: Resetting the RouterIf access to the web interface is lost or the router becomes unresponsive, use the reset button to perform a basic or full reset.
