DTS Printing ServicesDental Technology Solutions Outsource Services now include 3D printing of models, surgical guides, and castable patterns.

ModelsYou have a choice between two technologies for printed models:

HDP: The first option is the 3D Systems 3510MP Printer using Pearlstone resin which produces dimensionally accurate models in a surface that simulates the look and feel of gypsum. The Plaster-like appearance is suited for Crowns and Bridges and Partial Denture models. Colors options are White, Blue or Ivory. Configurations are pictured below.

HDR: The second option is the Asiga Pro2 75 Printer using VeriModel OS Resin. This highly accurate and stable resin provides high detail resolution, low shrinkage and long-lasting toughness. The Ivory and Golden Brown resins’ finish is suited for Crown and Bridge and Partial Denture models, and the White resin is ideal for Orthodontic models. Pricing includes 1 removable die. There is a charge for additional dies.

Surgical GuidesSurgical guides are printed using the Asiga Pro2 75 UV 385nm. The methacrylate based VeriGuide resin is ideal for producing transparent guides.

Castable PatternsCastable patterns are printed using the Asiga Pro2 75 UV 385nm. The VeriCast resin is ideal for producing crown & bridge and partial patterns.

How to Work With UsDental Technology Solutions accepts all .stl files. If you have a 3Shape scanner, we can add the Whip Mix material files to your 3Shape selections.
