Decision Theater North (DTN) provides a cutting-edge immersive visual environment to facilitate dialogue and decision-making by agencies, industry, communities, and academia.
The facility’s bank of 7 high-definition monitors provide upwards of 30 million pixels of resolution. It is connected directly to UAF high-performance computing and storage and is configurable as a conference room or as a theater.
DTN enables researchers and policymakers to display the dynamics of a problem, and the effects of options, in a clear and compelling manner – thus helping to develop the best approaches and solutions.
