Students will receive one lab hour for each verified sales pitch (whether or not an ad is placed).

Form must be dated and signed by Ms. Petrucci by Friday, September 22, 2017.

For Spring 2017 Lab Hour use, form must be dated and submitted to Ms. Petrucci; no later than Monday, April 30th, 2018.

Theatre department faculty reserves the right to verify each sales pitch.

A copy of this completed form must be attached to the lab hour card to receive lab hour

credit.

Family “congratulatory” ads will not be accepted for lab hour credit.
