The optimal product movement inside the coating drum decisively infl uences the quality of the coating process. Our unique choice of mixing baffl es enables fl exible adaption to product and process parameters.
This results in short operation times and an excellentmixing process. A choice of various baffl e profi les, dependent upon product and batch size, is available.

By utilizing simulation technologies, we have adopted a science-based design approach which led to the successful development of the patented OptiCoat spray gun.
Off ering optimal nozzle geometry, the OptiCoat spray gun is able to produce the narrowest droplet size dis-tribution and generate eff ective spray patterns to give a repeatable high-effi ciency coating process.

Drying: powerful and efficient
The fully perforated and side-vented coating drum with a large open surface ensures highly effective drying processes – even at low temperature.
It prevents efficiency losses through spray drying and protects your products against thermal strain. Seg-mented drums are also available for the coating of pellets.

Control: robust and intuitive
The M-tec control technology enables complete control of the coating process, including air hand- ling, solution feeding and cleaning operations.
Various programs with data capturing and reporting options guarantee accurate recording of all data. Processes are managed as open recipes. Any num- ber of process steps can individually be configured, programmed and recalled.

Inlet and exhaust air handling
Modular and fl exible air handling systems condition the air to meet all process requirements with regard to air fl ow volume, temperature and humidity – no matter which climatic conditions may apply.
Many options are available to remove the exhaust air from a mechanical shake system to full safe-change capability to handle potent compounds.
Cleaning
Our process-controlled cleaning system off ers eff ective and validatable routines for all coating recipes, either integrated into frame with direct water connections or through specially developed skids. All our coaters are equipped with a zoned cleaning system.
A reproducible and validatable automated cleaning system ensures that all surfaces are free from product residue after the cleaning cycle is completed.
