For all remaining necessary
preparations before our departure
It has been 25 months since our initial commitment to serve with Wycliffe,and for 17 months we have sought Gods direction for the formation of our
partnership team. He has not disappointed! Our team consists of more than 400prayer partners, 83 financial partnerships, 17 praying churches and eight giving
churches! These partnerships have been formed by God through His people in thePhilippines, Senegal, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania, Indonesia, Canada, Fiji, and inthe United States from California to the Carolinas and from Alaska to Florida. Godhas also strengthened our immediate family relationships, reunited friendships from
our childhoods, and built new friendships in ways that we cannot fathom or explain. My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts, says theLORD.
And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. Isaiah 55:8 NLTSo where do we find ourselves now? We have the necessary funds to
purchase all six one way plane tickets and our shipment has arrived at the port ofLae on PNG soil! We have completed all the necessary documentation to travel to,live, and work in Papua New Guinea. We are in the very final stages of preparing
for our departure, completing necessary immunizations, physicals, and dental visits.We will be meeting with a lawyer in the next few weeks to complete a living will
and create a power of attorney. Our PNG checklist is nearly complete! In fact, theonly thing left on our checklist is the last 26% of our monthly ministry budget. Weask that you continue to pray for the completion of our partnership team, and if
through your prayers God burdens your heart to partner through giving to ourmonthly need please let us know. Every commitment brings us closer to supportingBible translation in PNG.
This is it yall! The final stretch. Praise the Lord! God has proven Himselfcompletely trustworthy, always faithful, all powerful, infinitely wise, merciful and
loving throughout the past 25 months. We hope and pray that you have also seenand recognized who God is, and that through this journey He has also provenHimself to you as He has to us. We are beyond thankful that He has brought you
into our lives to assume co-ownership of serving Him in His great work of helpingto reach the Bibleless in Papua New Guinea. We couldnt imagine this journeywithout you in it. Thank you.
