The Winter Palace was from 1732 to 1917 the home of many Russian Monarchs. It is near Palace Embankment and the Palace Square. In 1917 the storming of the palace became a symbol of the Russian Revolution. This palace was built on monumental scale to show the might of Imperial Russia. I would like to visit this place because we studied a lot about it in language arts and in history class. MauiHawaii, United States Of America

Maui is the second largest islands in Hawaii. Hawaiian tradition gives the origin of the island's name in the legend of Hawaiʻiloa, a Polynesian navigator credited with discovery of the Hawaiian Islands. According to that legend, Hawaiʻiloa named the island of Maui after his son, who in turn was named for the demigod Māui. The reason I want to visit Maui is because I have always wanted to go to Hawaii and it has great beaches.
