Dream Dealer History

After hiring many casino events companies for poker tournaments, charities and social games, it was discovered that none of the Arizona companies offered

quality equipment or charismatic dealers.

There was a demand, but no supply for:Top-of-the-line casino quality gaming equipment;

Fun, extroverted and well trained dealers

Three friends, one with many years of casino dealing experience; another who managed a promotional staffing agency, joined forces with an entrepreneur who

loved poker and other casino games. Together, their resources of knowledge and networks created the Dream Dealers.

Dealers were hand picked for their extroverted and engaging personalities. To become a Dream Dealer, one must love truly love playing and dealing their game.

The company expanded from poker to include blackjack, craps and roulette and currently has several dozen dealers who work exclusively for the Dream Dealers.

Many have been trained by actual casinos.

The Dream Dealers have been represented at the World Series of Poker and dealt to some of the biggest names in the poker world!

Texas Hold’em Poker Tournaments

All guests are given the same amount of chips. Cards are dealt and the players have to know when to hold’em, know when to fold’em, and know when to bluff!

When a guest loses all of their chips, they are eliminated from the tournament. Eventually, only one person has all of the gaming chips and that is our winner!

Prizes and trophies may be awarded to the final players. (The Final Table)

Blackjack Craps

Guests play against the dealer to see who can get their cards to total closest to 21 without going over! It’s a game of luck and skill!

Dream Dealer blackjack tables include 6 deck automatic shufflers so your guests can play more hands!

Craps is the only game where all of the players are playing together. This is frequently the loudest and most fun game as all people win - and lose - together.

Roulette

Roulette is a casino and gambling game named after the French word meaning "small wheel". In the game, players may choose to place bets on either a number, a range of numbers, the color red or black, or whether the number is odd or even. To determine the winning number and color, a croupier spins a wheel in one direction, then spins a ball in the opposite direction. The ball eventually falls on to the wheel and into one of 38 colored and numbered pockets on the wheel

The Dream Dealers have many staff members with casino training and actual casino floor experience. These skills have been shared with the rest of the staff with individualized training.
