Club Fundraising and Sales Promotion Form

Clubs are invited to participate in selling items for fundraising at District Meetings this year. Remember that all items, especially those displaying the SIA approved Soroptimist marks, are to be pre-approved by Governor Kris Chorbi. Contact your District Director for submission of items to be approved.

If you wish to take part in this fundraising opportunity, complete this form and return it to your District Director by October 9, 2021 to allow time for items to be approved for sale and to plan for space effectively. There will be time for sales in the morning during registration (8:30am – 9:00am)and during breaks and lunch.

Please refer to the Use of SIA Registered Marks Policies, Licensing Frequently Asked Questions and Licensing Application/Fee Payment information available on the SIA website before placing any orders for items to sell within the region. An application must be sent to SIA, along with a $50 fee, for each item/form (for items not previously granted permission to sell from SIA).
