Certification is the procces in which acreditated Inspection and Certification Bodies, are awarding an official document which atestes that the agrifood products or their control systems are obtained in accordance with methods used in organic farming
Accreditation is the procedure by which an authoritative body gives formal recognition that a body or person is competent to carry out specific tasks.
Inspection and Certification Body is a public or a private person, authorised or acreditated, which has the atribution to check if a product is sold or labeld as an organic product, is obtained, processed, pakaged, imported/exported according to the national rules regarding organic products.
A certificate of conformity is an official document provided on delivery to the buyers that attests a product, process, or service’s compliance with organic standards or technical regulations.

Validity of certificate is conditioned by the respecting of national and common legislation;
The Conformity Certificate is awarded anually, reevaluation will be done according to new elements which can appear along the year;
Conformity provisional paper can be used by the agents only to inform clients about their organic products. It can be published;
Validity of certificate is one year;
Agents can renounce of this control, in any moment, throught a letter, adress or request .
IBACert
IBACert logo must be used only for certified organic products, by the IBACert.
It is prohibited the use of this logo, on an uncertificated products, and this can be punish according to the low.
Agents must identify certificated products from conventional products, on the market place.
