• Some 3 days, some 3 ½ (½ of Friday)

Ushers’ Duties

• Be there early every day; 7:40 AM

• Control entrance to room and control the laptop and projector

• Download ppt files into the computer.

• Know where to find next file; Name according to session and time.

• Adjurn at 5:30PM

Ushers will receive

• 2 T-shirts

• Certificate of Participation in August

• Reimbursement for parking ticket at $13/day

• Per diem during the days, either – Monday, Tue, Thru(20 ushers) – that plus ½ Friday (only 14 ushers).

Important Rules

• All participants including ushers should wear tag at all times to enter exhibit area (breaks), during the conference and the social events.

• Companions cannot attend sessions, only breaks, lunches.

• All lunches, dinner, tours, workshops require tickets at entrance.
