He fulfilled a residency and hematology/oncology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Beeker lives in Mobile with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, and sporting clays, and he participates regularly in outdoor adventure races. Dr. Beeker accepts patients at Southern Cancer Center’s Daphne and Providence Hospital locations.

Dr. Chainarong Limvarapuss

Dr. Chainarong Limvarapuss (“Dr. Lim”), founder of Solano Hematology Oncology (Vallejo) and Cancer Treatment Center of Vacaville, is Board Certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine. He attended medical school at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, where he graduated with honors. After his internship at St. Luke's Hospital in New York, NY, he completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. His fellowship in Hematology / Oncology was completed at the Karmanos Dr. Elizabeth Tan-Chiu Cancer Institute, Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, which is an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center and ignited his love for Clinical Research. Among his professional interests are the treatment of Breast, Colon and Lung Cancers, and Hematologic Malignancies, and he keeps himself abreast of all the newest chemotherapies and biotherapies available. His duties include Physician and President of Solano Hematology Oncology, Chief of Medicine at Sutter Solano Medical Center and as the Clinical Trials Medical Director for the Sutter Solano Cancer Center. He also has varying affiliations with other Bay Area hospitals such as Queen of The Valley Medical Center (Napa) and NorthBay Medical Center (Fairfield). His personal interests include gardening, cooking, and pursuing continued physical fitness. Dr. Héctor A. Vélez-Cortés

Héctor A. Vélez-Cortés, M.D., is a medical oncologist, hematologist, and Director of Ponce Hematology Oncology. His clinical practice is devoted to offer to the community, specialized diagnostic tests, and treatment infusions for a variety of solid tumors and blood malignancies. Dr. Vélez-Cortés has extensive medical research experience and his main research interest is to improve the outcomes of patients by providing innovate and advance medicine. He is the Principal Investigator and Director of Ad-Vance Medical Research, the first and only hematology and oncology research center in the south area of Puerto Rico. Dr. Vélez-Cortés received his M.D. from the Universidad Central del Caribe, at Bayamón, Puerto Rico. He completed his Hematology and Oncology Fellowship and clinical trial training at the VA Caribbean Health Care Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Vélez-Cortés is an Internal Medicine board certified, Assistant Professor at Ponce School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and President of Transfusions Committee at Damas Hospital.

Dr. Salman Malad

Salman Malad, M.D., MBA, is a Medical Oncologist and Hematologist. He is the medical director and principal investigator for oncology research at Cancer Center of Acadiana at Lafayette General Medical Center. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Kigezi International School of Medicine in Cambridge, UK, and his Master of Business Administration from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He completed his medical residency and fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. Dr. Malad is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Medical Oncology/Hematology and by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to joining Cancer Center of Acadiana in 2011, Dr. Malad worked at Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Western Regional Medical Center in Goodyear, AZ, and at Tennessee Cancer Specialists in Knoxville, TN.

Dr. Vasanti J. Damle

Dr. Vasanti J. Damle is a Hematologist/Oncologist at Hoboken University Medical Center, an affiliate of the Carepoint Health System. She is one of five physicians who specialize in Oncology. Dr. Vasanti J. Damle completed her medical school at Rani Durgawati Medical College in Jabalpur, India. Her Residency and Fellowship in Hematology Oncology were done at Jewish Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Following this, she began her private practice in Hoboken, New Jersey and has since been in practice for thirty-two (32) years. Dr. Vasanti J. Damle held the Chairman of the Oncology Department in Hoboken University Medical Center for fifteen (15) years and is now the Director of their Infusion Center. Currently, Dr. Vasanti J. Damle participates in multiple clinical trials as both a Principal Investigator and Sub Investigator. Dr. Vasanti J. Damle’s many awards include, ‘Best Oncologist in Hudson County’, by the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Romeo A. Mandanas

Dr. Mandanas is the Clinical Research Director of the Integris Cancer Institute of Oklahoma. He is a board-certified Hematologist and Medical Oncologist after having completed training from Indiana University Medical Center. He also has extensive experience with adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He has conducted clinical trials in both hematologic and solid tumor malignancies as well as transplantation related-studies, including pharmaceutically-sponsored or intergroup initiated trials since 1993.

Dr. Seiler

Dr. Seiler has been in the practice of hematology and medical oncology for 35 years in the New Orleans metropolitan area. He has an interest in the management of lymphomas and breast cancers.
