Dr. Hitesh Ruparel
Dr. Hitesh Ruparel currently works with GLS University as Director General of the University &
Director of GLS University’s Incubator LEAF over and above being the dean of the Faculty of
Management. He is also associated with several prominent universities & institutions and
advices them in their pursuits being a member of Governing Board, Board of Management,
Academic Council and Board of Studies. With more than two decades of experience in industry
and academia, Dr. Ruparel has proficiency in institutional building, nurturing and development.
His contribution in developing innovative pedagogy in facilitating learning and sharing process
for imparting management education is noteworthy. Dr. Ruparel has been pivotal in
establishment of the DST supported Technology Business Incubator (LEAF – Leadership,
Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Foundation) at GLS University. Before joining GLS, he was
associated with various other educational and corporate establishments in prominent positions.
An avid reader and researcher, he has many publications in national and international journals,
magazines and conference proceedings and has also co-authored a book. He is guiding numerous
PhD Scholars in their research pursuits. Doctorate in the area of Marketing Science, Dr. Ruparel
is recipient of three Gold Medals during his MBA programme and has Bachelor of Pharmacy
qualification to his credit.
Dr. Dharmesh Shah
Dr. Dharmesh Shah is a Registrar & Professor (Finance) at GLS University, Ahmedabad. He is
an approved Ph.D. Guide of Gujarat University & GLS University. Under his guidance four
Ph.D. scholars pursuing research work in various areas of finance and one scholar availed the
doctoral degree. He teaches major finance specialization courses like Fundamentals of Financial
Management, International Finance, Corporate Tax Planning, Securities Analysis and Portfolio
Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. He did his doctoral (Ph.D.) programme in the area of
Corporate Governance from B.K.School of Business Management. He cleared his State Level
Eligibility Test (SLET) for Lecturer in the area of Management, conducted by UGC. He is also a
member of various repute organizations like Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI –
New Delhi), Gujarat & North Gujarat Universities Commerce & Management Teachers
Association and Gujarat University Accountancy Teachers Association. He has more than 18
years of academic experience. He was a visiting faculty member of ICSI Ahmedabad Chapter for
four years for Economic and Labour Laws, at B.K.School of Business Management for five
years for International Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions & Securities Analysis and Portfolio
Management and at Nirma University, Institute of Management for two years for Management of
Direct and Indirect Taxes. He published nine papers in international journals and six papers in
national journals. He has presented papers on various national and international conferences
arranged by repute B-Schools like Institute of Management, Nirma University & IMT Ghaziabad
etc. He has participated in Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Corporate Governance
arranged by IIM Bangalore. He has also participated in two Faculty Development Programmes
(FDP) arranged by ICFAI and in the AIMS International Conference organized at IIM,
Ahmedabad. He got funding from the British Council, Scotland for the international research
work with Dr. John Paterson, University of Aberdeen, Scotland in the area of Corporate
Governance in the year of 2011-12.
Dr. Kavita Kshatriya
Dr. Kavita is having a total of 20 years of experience. Out of this year, 4 years has been in
corporate field in senior management capacity. She has more than 16 years of academic
experience as of date. She is Ph.D guide with Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, Gandhinagar in
Management Area and GLS University. Currently she is associated with Faculty of Management
as Professor. She handles various subjects like Retailing, Integrated Marketing Communication,
Services Relationship Marketing Human Resource Management and Marketing Management.
She has done her doctorate in rural marketing focusing F.M.C.G. products under the able
guidance of Vice Chancellor –Dr.. B.A. Prajapati, North Gujarat University. Dr. Kavita has also
published and presented thirty eight national and international papers in reputed journals and
magazines. She has written Text Book on “Management – I”, Books India Publication in Feb.
2010 for the Engineering syllabus as per GTU norms.
Dr. Rajesh Asrani
Dr. Rajesh Asrani has a vast experience in innovation, entrepreneurship development and
operationalizing implementation agencies in academic domain. He currently heads the LEAF
- GLS University Incubator in the capacity of director and CEO and spearheads the research
and innovation initiatives of GLS University as Dean - Research and Innovations. In his long
experience spanning over a decade with institutes of repute such as GLS University & MICA;
he has been involved in taking up leadership roles and initiatives in innovation and
entrepreneurship area. At GLS University, he is spearheading the university’s efforts to set up
an innovation school. He has roped in some of the most brilliant minds of the regional
ecosystems as mentors and researchers at the school. He is also leading the entire effort of the
incubation centre at GLS University. This includes conceptualization, development and
operationalization of the currently existing incubator. In his previous organization at MICA,
he was also leading the work for set up of the TBI at MICA during the proposal and initiation
stages. He leads the capacity building for the incubator and the development of MICA's
proposal. He also worked on many research and innovation initiatives at MICA. He also
mentors many start-ups and advises many entrepreneurship development agencies. He has
been a speaker and trainer at many events and workshops on start-ups and
entrepreneurship. Rajesh has delivered many talks and sessions at some of the most leading
institutes in India including IITs and IIMs. His rich experience in team building, initiative
taking and administration helps in efficiently administrating and growing the incubator
operations. He holds a management degree and a doctorate in the area of Intellectual Property
rights and innovations.
Dr. Sneha Shukla
Dr. Shukla is having more than 15 years’ experience in academic field. She is Professor at
Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has deeply invested more than a decade in
handling academic affairs & overall co-ordination of MBA programme as Academic
Coordinator. Dr. Shukla is a qualified Doctorate in Finance from Hemchandracharya North
Gujarat University (2008). She is a recognised PhD guide in Management at Kadi Sarva
Vidyalaya, Gandhinagar (since 2012) & School for Doctoral Research & Philosophy, GLS
University with rich experience in research & academics. Two candidates have been awarded
PhD under her guidance. She has a good track record of research with 27 published papers in
prestigious journals & conferences, nationally and internationally. She has participated in many
Conferences, Workshops and FDPs in various reputed institutions like IIM, B. K. School of
Management, ICFAI University, etc. Of late, she has participated & presented a paper at the
National Conference at IIM, Indore in July, 2017.
Dr. Jasmin Padiya
Dr. Jasmin Padiya is an Associate Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University. He
holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and has a perfect blend of industry and academic experience. He
began his career with Pharmaceutical sector and spent over five years with the industry. In the
last decade he is into academics with teaching interest in the area of Sales & Distribution
Management and Service Marketing amongst other marketing subjects. He is an avid reader and
contributes to national and international journals at regular intervals.
Dr. Juhi Shah
Dr. Juhi Shah holds a PhD in Management and her thesis area focused on Integrated Brand
Communications practices of companies in India. She has completed her Master’s in Business
Administration in the field of Marketing and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from
Gujarat University, India. Further, she has been qualified by the University Grants Commission –
National Eligibility for Lectureship in the subject of Management. She has extensive experience
of more than a decade which comprises of one year industry experience and 13 years of
academic experience. She is working as an Associate Professor – Marketing at Faculty of
Management, GLS University. Her current teaching interests are Product and Brand
Management, Marketing Management and Organizational Behavior. She has attended a number
of workshops as well as conferences – national and international and presented papers in them.
Besides, she has published a couple of research papers in national and international journals.
Ms. Nishtha Asrani
Prof. Nishtha Asrani is an associate professor .She also serves as the Programme Co-ordinator of
Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme (PGDM), a program which seeks to assist
students, staff and faculty to explore ways to increase intellectual competency across the
curriculum and to develop creative ways to acquire the knowledge and skills and put them into
practice. She began her teaching career in 2007, as an assistant professor in N.R Institute of
Business Management .She is pursuing her PhD, in Social Media Marketing from Pacific
University Udaipur. She graduated in 1999 with a BA in English Literature from Gujarat
University and did her MA in English Literature from Gujarat University .She also earned
PGDBM in Marketing from Tolani Institute of Business Management in 2005. She has travelled
abroad in Australia, New Zealand and Canada also has developed expertise in handling and
conceptualizing international students exchange programme held in Canada.
Dr. Megha Shah
She is currently working as an Associate Professor at Faculty of management GLS University.
She is having total experience of 9 years in academic with special focus on subjects of
Accountancy & finance specialization. She completed her Ph.D from Sardar Patel University in
Area of Forensic Accounting. Her Domain expertises in courses are Financial Accounting, Cost
Accounting, Management Accounting and Management of Financial Services. She has published
several research papers in National & International journals of repute. She is actively involved in
Summer Placement Activities of the Institute.
Dr. Rajsee Joshi
Dr. Rajsee Joshi is a passionate academician and researcher with more than a decade of
experience. She holds her Doctoral degree in Management along with a Masters degree in
Business Administration with specialization in Finance. She has cleared UGC NET and was
associated with Banking and Finance sector prior to joining academics. Her interest areas are
Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations and Business
Communication. She has published research papers in International journals and presented
several papers in National and International conferences in areas like Corporate Governance,
Dividend policy and Investor Relations.
Dr. Gurmeet Singh Sikh
Dr. Gurmeet Singh is an Associate Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University and a
coordinator of Post Graduate Professional Program in Export Management and International
Business at GLS- Centre for Management Excellence. He cleared his UGC NET Exam in 2012.
He has done Ph.D in management on Capital structure from B. K. School of Management. Apart
from that, he completed his MBA, M.Phil and LL.B from the Gujarat University. He has rich &
diversified experiences in areas of Academic Administration, Teaching & Research. He has been
doing teaching and research in the frontier areas of management, such as Financial Services,
Operations Management, International Business, Cost Accounting and Business Research
Methods. He has presented his research in various national and international conferences like
IIM-A, Nirma University, Universiti Kuala Lumpur, The University of Hong Kong, B. K. School
of Management etc. He participated in International Immersion programme at Georgian college,
Canada. He has more than 25 research papers published in various national & international
journals of repute.
Dr. Kalagi Shah
Dr. Kalagi Shah, a Management Graduate with specialization in Human Resource Management
and a doctorate in the field of Management. Currently, she is Associate Professor at Faculty of
Management, GLS University. She has more than seven years of experience in her academic
career and more than one year in Corporate. Her areas of teaching and research include
Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Training & Development and
Entrepreneurship Development. She has various national and international publications to her
credit. She has attended several faculty development programs and national as well as
international conferences. She acts in the capacity of Final Placement coordinator.
Mr. Amish Soni
Prof. Amish Soni, B.Com, M.Com, MBA and NET qualified faculty in Finance specialization.
Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University and
Programme coordinators in two diploma programme i.e. Banking Insurance and Financial
Management (B.I.F.M) & Commercial Accounting and Taxation (C.A.T.) at GLS- Centre for
Management Excellence. He has more than Seven years of experience in his academic career and
more than one year in Corporate. His areas of teaching and research include Corporate
Restructuring, Accountancy, Taxation, Research and many other subjects in finance
specialization area. He has more than fifteen national and international publications to his credit
and attended several faculty development programs and national conferences.
Ms. Hetal Pandya
Prof. Hetal Dipen Vyas has been in academics for more than decade. She has participated in
several national and international conferences and presented research papers. She has taught
Accounting for Managers, Cost Accounting, Entrepreneurship Development, Management
Control System and Strategic Cost Management. She is pursuing PhD in Nirma University. Her
research & teaching interest include Strategic Cost Management, Behavior Finance and
Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Avani Patel
Dr. Avni has over 12 years of experience in Academics and Corporate. She entered the corporate
world as an Officer in ICICI Bank. She joined Academics as a Faculty of Finance Area. She has
been teaching the courses like Management of Financial Services, Economics for Managers,
Investor Relations and Production Operation Management. She completed her Ph.D from
Gujarat Technological University in Area of Personal Financial Planning. Her areas of Interests
are Financial Markets. She has published several research papers in journals of repute. She has
cleared UGC NET, NCFM Cash Market, Derivative Market, NISM's AMFI and IRDA Exams.
She is actively involved in Final Placements and Summer Placement Activities of the Institute.
Ms. Pooja Shah
A dedicated people’s person from the core of the heart and mind, she is a tech graduate and a
post graduate in management with distinction throughout. Having acquired both her degrees
from Gujarat University, she is a proud recipient of a gold medal as she stood first in the
University in Graduation. She deals with myriad of subjects ranging from Information
Technology, Organizational Behaviour, Social Media Marketing, Compensation Management,
Business & Technology, etc. Her vivacity and high receptivity has made her mentor and counsel
a lot of students owing to their never ending anxieties about career prospects and future ahead.
She has been associated with the Institute as Assistant Professor since almost 6 years now and
previously was working with Endeavor Careers Pvt. Ltd as a verbal head for their GCET/CMAT
center.
Ms. Darshna Khakhar
Ms. Darshana Khakhar is an Associate Chartered Accountant. She has done her Masters in
Commerce from Gujarat University. Before joining the University, she was associated with a
private limited company and a practicing Chartered Accountant for 3 years. She has the total
teaching experience of six years. She has taught courses in Accounting, Cost Accounting and
Financial Management at UG level and Corporate Taxation, Derivatives and Risk Management
and Financial Management at PG level. She is pursuing Ph.D from Gujarat University on
Virtual Money and E Money. Her areas of interest include Taxation, Derivatives and Risk
Management and Accounting. She has published papers on Hedging techniques, Corporate
Governance and usage of Banking Technologies.
Ms. Deepa Vyas
Prof. Deepa Nirav Vyas has been in academics for 7 years. She has thought subjects like
Quantitative Technique, Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing Management, Production
and Operation Management and Business Ethics & Corporate Governance. She is pursuing her
PhD from GLS University. Her research area includes Consumer Behavior & Corporate
Governance. She has presented research paper in national & International conference. She has
participated in several national & international conferences.
Ms. Komal Sidhnani
An educationist and a research scholar, Prof. Komal Sidhnani is currently working as an
Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. Prior to GLS, she has served as
Lecturer at the Management department of Rai University. She has a total experience of 4 years
in Academics. She has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Law and has completed
her Master’s in Business Administration in Finance. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in
Management in the area of Financial Inclusion. Her current areas of interest include Financial
Services, Investment Decisions and Corporate Finance. She has researched and published papers
on Financial Inclusion, Future and Spot Prices, Capital Structure, Corporate Social
Responsibility, Banking Technology and Behavioral Finance.
Ms. Isha Dave
Prof. Isha Dave, a Ph.D scholar in Management working on the multi-disciplinary topic “Brand
Valualtion”. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration in the field of Finance
and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, India. She has
extensive experience of more 5 years which comprises of one and a half years of industry
experience and three and a half years of academic experience. She is working as an Assistant
Professor – Finance at Faculty of Management, GLS University. Her current teaching interests
are Business Law, Digital Marketing and Business & Technology. She has attended a number of
workshops as well as conferences – national and international and presented papers in them.

Mr. Chinmay Gandhi
Prof. Chinmay Gandhi is an Assistant Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University.
He is an energetic marketing faculty with exceptional communications skills. Apart from over a
half a decade of experience in academics he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Online Marketing. His
areas of interest include Consumer Behavior, Communication Skills amongst other marketing
subjects. He is a TED enthusiast and someone who believes “Actions speaks louder than words”.
Ms. Dhruti Pandya
A post graduate in Management, with multi-faceted expertise in being a people’s person. First-
hand experience of being a certified soft skills trainer. She can boast of having almost a decade
long tenure in academia with playing vivid rolls from teacher to mentor to counsellor to course
facilitator. Her association with GLS began since 2014 and has been unstoppable since then. She
has conducted various successful workshops on personality development and soft skills
development which has been par excellence for students at under grad as well as post grad level.
Her specialisation is into various subjects like Fundamentals of HR, Industrial Relations,
Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour to name a few.
Dr. Hiteksha Joshi
She is currently working as Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She
is having an overall experience of 7 years in academics at post graduate and graduate level. She
has been teaching courses like Management Accounting, Strategic Financial Management,
Merger and Acquisition, Banking and Insurance, Financial Management and Security analysis
and portfolio Management. She has presented many research papers in areas of Capital Market
and finance in various International and national conferences. Her number of publication indexed
in EBSCO, ProQuest and with other database. She had also been awarded for best research paper
award in UGC sponsored national conference. She has Cleared various NCFM Module test
taken by NSE. She is lifetime member of Indian Accounting Association.
Ms. Neelam Purey
She is currently working as Assistant Professor at Faculty of management GLS University
Ahmedabad. Having total experience of 18 years, have worked in different industries ranging
from banking, Insurance, Hospitality and Education. Have published and presented several
papers in national and international journal and conferences. Domain expertise stands in teaching
Mathematics, banking and Insurance, Quantitative Analysis, Quantitative Techniques. More than
13 years of experience in handling customer service operations, training and development, retails
and corporate banking operations, cross sales etc. Have rendered services with banking and
financial sectors in various capacities ranging from Executive, Assistance Manager, Manager to
Cluster Manager Branch Operations and Service Delivery.
Mr. Bhaumit Patel
He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at GLS University, Faculty of Management
since August 2015. Before joining Academics, he had been working as Sales Executive in Best
Engineering aids & consultancy pvt. Ltd. He had served as a Centre in charge and Trainer at
Endeavour Careers Pvt. Ltd., VVNagar. Prof. Bhaumit Patel has an experience of Academics for
more than 3 and half years along with a corporate experience in sales. He is pursuing his
Doctoral Degree in Management from GLS University. He has completed his bachelor’s degree
in B.E. and also possesses degree of PGDM from Institute of Management Technology,
Ghaziabad. His Area of Interest are Quantitative Techniques and Statistics. His area of interest in

Mr. Chirag Thakar
Chirag Thaker, He is Management Graduate with specialization in Human Resource
Management and pursuing Ph.D. in Management. Currently, he is Assistant Professor at Faculty
of Management, GLS University. He has more than fourteen years of experience in Corporate
and more than two years in Academic. His areas of teaching include Human Resource
Management, Human Resource Development & Change Management. He has published and
presented research paper in various national and international publications. He has attended
several faculty development programs and national as well as international conferences. He acts

Mr. Dhruv Brahmbhatt
Prof. Dhruv Brahmbhatt beholds touch in the Area of Research and Marketing. He had worked
more than 4 years in the field of Education. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. in the field of
Management. He has completed his Masters of Business Administration from N.R Institute of
Business Management, Ahmedabad and possesses bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering.
He also qualified the NET Examination. He has wrote and presented papers in to National

Ms. Roshni Tijoriwala
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor with GLS University, Faculty of
Management. Have rich experience of 4 years in academic with special focus on subjects of
Marketing Specialization and General Management. Has a teaching experience in subjects of
Marketing Management, International Marketing, Product & Brand Management, Service
Marketing, Business Law, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management,

Mr. Ashok Bantwa
He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with GLS University, Faculty of Management.
Have rich experience of 8 years in academic with special focus on subjects of finance
specialization and Accountancy. Share knowledge on the subjects like Financial Accounting,
Corporate Accounting, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Strategic Financial

Mr. Harikrishna Chaurasiya
Harikrishan Chaurasiya, a Management Graduate with specialization in Foreign Trade and
pursuing Ph.D. in management. Currently, he is Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management,
GLS University. He has more than seven years of experience in Corporate and more than one
year in Academic. His areas of teaching include International Business, International Marketing.

Ms. Jaimini Yagnik
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor with GLS University, Faculty of
Management. She has experience of more than a year in academic with special focus on subjects
of HR Specialization and General Management. She has a teaching experience in subjects of
Human Resource Development and General Management. She is currently pursuing Ph.D from
GLS University in HR and Marketing area.
Ms. Apeksha Champaneri
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at GLS University, Faculty of Management.
She has an academic experience of 3 years 6 month. She has been awarded as gold medal in
MBA with specialisation in Marketing from Gujarat Technological University (GTU).Currently
pursuing PhD. from GLS University. Her Area of interest are in field of Marketing management,

Ms. Yasmeen Pathan
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor with Faculty of Management, GLSU in the
area of Finance and Economics since June 2016. She has total work experience of 13 years out of
which 8 years worked with Corporate Sector and 5 years in Academia. She served the
Organizations which include Citi Group, Barclays, ICFAI and Shanti Business School.
Ms. Smruti Vakil
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor with GLS University, Faculty of
Management. She has rich experience of 6 years in academic with special focus on subjects of
finance specialization and Research. She has knowledge on the subjects like Research
Methodology, International Business, International Finance, Investment Banking, Principals of
Management, Project appraisal and Finance, Management of Financial services etc. She has
published a research papers in international as well as national journals. She was awarded 2nd
rank in GTU corporate governance conference in 2012. She has attended several faculty
development programs related to finance as well as research.
Ms. Hima Trivedi
Prof. Hima Trivedi is an assistant professor at Faculty of Management. She also serves as a
Programme Co-ordinator at School of Doctoral Research and Innovation. She holds Post
Graduation Diploma in Management with securing Gold Medal in marketing discipline. She has
experience of more than 5 years which comprises of 2 years of corporate experience in the field
in media and 3 years of experience in academic. Her area of interest includes marketing research,
research analytics specifically with statistical softwares including other marketing subjects. She
has attended and presented papers at National & International conferences and recognized as best
papers including IIM Kolkata and other reputed management institutions. She is pursuing her
doctoral studies in the area Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Dr. Tanvi Pathak
She is currently working as Assistant Professor at FOM, GLS University. She has done Doctrate
in economics (2014),UGC NET (Management) (2012) qualified and holds a degree of MBA
(Business Economics) 2006 from Devi Ahiliya University, Indore. Having an overall experience
of 10 yrs. in Academics teaching in various programmes at post graduate and graduate level in
different institutes of Gujarat and Rajasthan. She has hands on experience of teaching Finance
and Economics subjects, specializing in Managerial Economics, Financial Management,
Derivatives and Risk management etc. She has published many research papers in areas of
Investment and risk management in various International and national conferences and National
Journals. She had also been awarded for best research paper award in the category of primary
researches.
Dr. Maitree Shah
Dr. Maitri Shah is working as an Assistant Professor at FOM, GLS University. She holds her
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and her Master Degree in Business Administration &
has been the University rank holder. She has earned her PhD in CRM(Marketing) from DAVV,
Indore. Having an overall experience of more than 10 yrs in Academics teaching in various
programmes at post graduate and graduate level in different institutes of Gujarat and Indore. Her
teaching interests are marketing, advertising field. She has contributed to various international,
National acclaimed Journal, Conferences & as a reviewer in Gujarat Board Book for Computer
Subject.
Mr. Jaineel Shah
Before joining Academics, Prof. Jaineel Shah beholds touch in the Area of Statistics and
Quantitative Techniques. He had worked more than 3 years in such area formerly with XL
Dynamics, Mumbai and TCS, Gandhinagar as a Senior Research Analyst. Currently he is

Administration from Amrut Modi School of Management, Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad
and possesses bachelors’ degree in commerce. He has written and presented papers in to
National conferences. His area of interests are Quantitative Techniques, Marketing Research, and
Financial Management. He excelled his performance and proved by receiving the Award of
“Best Employee of the Year” in 2016. He always strives for the innovation in teaching practices
and pedagogy.
Mr. Dharmesh Adesara
Prof. Dharmesh Adesara is pursuing his Doctoral degree from GLS University in the field of
Management. He has completed Masters of Business Management from MEFGI, Gujarat. He has
also completed Masters Diploma in Information Technology Management. He has worked as an
Accountant Assistant for more than two years before joining Academics. He has written several
papers in to National Conferences in the field of Management and Marketing and also got
published in to International Journal of Management Research and Review. He has been
delivering sessions on Consumer Behaviour, Organizational Behaviour, and Marketing
Management. He had been honoured as a “Best Teacher” in the year of 2016 by Department of
Management, Atmiya Institute of Technology and Science, Rajkot. In his tenure, he had also
worked as a Training and Placement Officer at Atmiya Group of Institutions, Rajkot where he
was looking after Hard and Soft Training to the students of Engineering, Computers and
Management along with final placements of the students.
Ms. Deepa Khatwani
She is currently working as a assistant professor at GLS University, Faculty of Management. She
has done her education from ICFAI and Banasthali University. She holds over all experience of 3
years in corporate and one year experience in academics with special focus on Organizational
behavior, Entrepreneurship development, Marketing, Strategic Development and Competitive
strategy at graduation and post-graduation level.
Ms. Pooja M. Shah
She is a faculty in the area of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management,
Marketing Essentials, working with Faculty of Management, GLS University, Ahmedabad since
2016. She has a total work experience of 2 years in Corporate and 1 year in Academia. Her work
profile includes Teaching, Research, Conducting Student development sessions and Mentoring.
Ms. Aneri Shukla
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at GLS University, Faculty of Management.
She has an experience in Academics of 01 and a half year. She Has a Master’s degree with the
specialization of Human Resource Management. She has a teaching exposure in subjects of
Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Laws, Managerial
Communication, Principles of management and Managing Sustainable Development. Currently
she is pursuing Ph.D from B.K. School of Business Management, Gujarat University.
Ms. Neetu Jain
She is currently working as assistant professor at GLS University, Faculty of Management. She is having
teaching experience of 4 years with different institutes. Former education attained at Delhi University,
BA (Hons) and Masters at Pune University with specialization in economics. Prior to working with GLS
University have been associated with institutes such as IIM-Ahmedabad, Delhi University (Daulat Ram
College), EMRC (G.U),Chimanbhai Patel Institute of Management and L.J College.
