Community Facility Programs. Communities of less than 20,000 are eligible for this

program.

The Rural Utilities Service under the USDA Rural Development umbrella made this satellite possible. Other possible funding can be used for

Distance Learning Telecommunications, Telemedicine,

and Broadband services for rural communities.

This public safety building houses the EMS, Fire Dept. and the Police Dept. This was made possible through our

Community Facility Program.

Here is another example of what can be financed through our B&I program. This hotel was a welcomed addition to its community. B&I interest rates are

set by the local lender.

These beautiful homes were financed through our Single Family Housing Programs. Anyone who falls under the published income limits and meets other eligibility criteria can qualify. Present interest rate is

06.250 for 33 years. This program requires NO DOWN PAYMENT! Borrowers can also qualify for payment subsidies which further reduce their monthly house payment. This Program is open to very low and low

income applicants. For those who do not qualify due to higher income may be eligible for our Guaranteed

Housing Program.
