D from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad under the Supervision of Professor M.S. Shingare in the field of Synthetic Organic Chemistry in 1996, he joined Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji College as Senior Lecturer - Chemistry in 1990, then he became Reader in 1999 and was promoted as Professor in 1 st January, 2009 under UGC Merit promotion scheme at College level. Dhananjay mane and his research team are more specifically involved in the development of large variety of catalytic reactions including different principles of green chemistry. His major achievements to explore (i) new Chromatographic method development for forensic science (ii) synthesis and study of biological active compounds (iii) Synthesis of Antiviral drugs (iv) Synthesis of Anti Cancer drugs He is Coauthor of more than 100 research papers in International Journals . In addition, he has contributed to Patents (2), review articles (2), book chapters and more than 60 communications (oral and Poster) in national and international conferences. He is author of 14 books published by the International publishers. 15 research students have been awarded Ph. D degree and 10 students are working for Ph. D under his Supervision. He is a recipient of Bess NSS Programme Officer award of University and Best NSS Programme Coordinator Award by Government of Maharashtra.

Profile :

Dhananjay Mane received his Ph. D from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada

University, Aurangabad under the Supervision of Professor M.S. Shingare in the field of

Synthetic Organic Chemistry in 1996, he joined Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji College as Senior

Lecturer - Chemistry in 1990, then he became Reader in 1999 and was promoted as Professor

in 1st January, 2009 under UGC Merit promotion scheme at College level. Dhananjay mane

and his research team are more specifically involved in the development of large variety of

catalytic reactions including different principles of green chemistry. His major achievements

to explore (i) new Chromatographic method development for forensic science (ii) synthesis

and study of biological active compounds (iii) Synthesis of Antiviral drugs (iv) Synthesis of

Anti Cancer drugs

He is Coauthor of more than 100 research papers in International Journals . In
