PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Performed several front desk receptionist duties for the entire office. Monitored the priority of any calls and appropriately shifted all escalated calls to assure

resolutions to issues were implemented. Interviewed and selected viable new-hire candidates (for an office services position). Provided functional guidance, training, assistance, and troubleshooting support to all levels of
