STRATEGIC PLANNING:-Determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures in consultation with top management to facilitate internal financial control.-Formulation of policies for the company in weak areas to realize organizational goals.-Preparing policies for the company in areas which shows system deficiencies & suggests requirement of time and cost saving.
