TERMS & CONDITIONS
Private Functions, Weddings/Civil Partnerships – Terms & Conditions
1. Charges will be based upon the minimum number agreed at the time of booking or the actual attendance, if higher. There is a minimum requirement of adult guests for Wedding celebrations on Fridays & Saturdays (Varies depending upon month)
2. Final details of all private functions, Weddings & civil partnerships should be confirmed 10 days before the event with the table plan, place cards, favours & special requirements detailed. Full payment should be made 14 days in advance of booking.
3. We do not accept cheques. 4. All additional event charges incurred on the day must be settled on the day of the event. 5. We do not accept provisional bookings. A provisional booking is only held with a non-refundable
holding deposit. 6. A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT OF:
a. £500 for events of 50 people or less b. £1,000 for 50 people or more
7. Any items relating to the event must be removed by midday the day after the event; we cannot be held responsible for any items mislaid
8. All prices are correct at the time of print and are inclusive of VAT. Wine prices are subject to change. 9. A discretionary 10% service charge applies to all food and beverages purchased. The 10% service charge
goes directly to staff. 10. External cake suppliers are permitted. All other food & beverages are supplied by AMPM/CABARET
or TREE HOUSE. 11. Should we require for any reasons beyond our control, need to make any amendments to your booking
we reserve the right to offer an alternative choice of facilities. 12. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:
a. The booking in our opinion might prejudice our reputation b. Payment is not received by the required dates c. If we require to close due to fire, alteration, or by order of public authority or for any other reason
beyond our control. 13. Postponement & Cancellation information
a. All functions cancelled will lose their deposit b. Cancellation within six months will lose the booking deposit plus 50% of the total contracted spend c. Cancellation within 1 month will be charged the booking deposit & the full contracted spend. d. Any cancellation must be received in writing e. Any performers organised by us the business must be paid in full for any cancellation within 1
month of event. 14. No signs, displays or decorations or other material may be fixed to walls without prior consent 15. We the business do not accept, liability for any loss, damage to property, death, illness or injury to
