PETROJET is active in the Middle East and North Africa, and currently renders its services in over 10 countries besides Egypt operations. PETROJET employs over 27,000 talented and dedicated high caliber staff, and own world class fabrication facilities for Process Equipment licensed with ASME stamps, two Offshore Fabrication Yards and two pipe coating facilities. Also, the Company owns a large fleet of modern construction equipment. As a matter of fact, the Company owns a 1,250 Tons Crane which is considered one of the largest capacity cranes available in the Middle East and North Africa. PETROJET QHSE System aligns with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management System, BS EN ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupa onal Health and Safety, as well as acquiring numerous specialty cer fica ons like ASME U, PP, U2, S, R stamps in addition to R Stamp & API Monogram. Currently PETROJET is halfway through the process of acquiring the Nuclear Component Certification ASME N‐
Stamp (N – NPT – NS) and accreditation including Material Organization (MO). PETROJET reference list is full of outstanding achievements execu ng over 1,500 Projects.

Process Equipment Fabrication Facilities Over 1,300 of all types of Process Equipment Units were fabricated at PETROJET’s four licensed Fabrication Facilities at Kattamia, Idku, Suez & Maadia. All four Static Equipment Fabrication Workshops are rigged up with modern fabrication equipment, tools and machinery for plate rolling, CNC punching, drilling and bending, Auto Welding, heat treatment, …..etc. Moreover, all workshops are ASME certified (U‐Stamp & U2‐Stamp for pressure vessels fabrication, S‐Stamp for Power Boilers fabrication and installation, and PP‐Stamp for pressure Pipes fabrication and installation) as well as R‐stamp for Repair of boilers and pressure vessels by National Board of Inspectors. Pipe Coating PETROJET owns two Pipe Coating facilities at Suez & Port Said to cope with the immense need for Pipelines in Egypt & the Region. Track record exceeds 22 Million m2 of the full range of coating types like polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane foam and concrete Coating. Coating Units:

5 General: As one of the regional lead EPC Contactors, PETROJET owns a large fleet of modern construction plant and equipment to cover the wide range of diversified activities provided. This fleet that is easily maneuvered and mobilized to PETROJET's work sites across the Middle East and North Africa. This fleet has always served as key element for strengthening PETROJET's leadership achieved over a period of 35 years in the oil & gas industry. That is why PETROJET is always in the strive for bringing in latest equipment with highest capacities and latest technologies in addition to providing State of Art maintenance programs to keep pace with the rapid growth and company's operations across the Middle East & North Africa. It has always been PETROJET's strategy to retain its own fleet of main construction equipment, rather than depending on hiring from others, and this strategy has helped the company during the un‐preceded project boom in the MENA region which was, naturally, associated with inadequate supply of various construction equipment. (554 UNITS) PETROJET owns a fleet of lifting equipment considered one of the largest owned by and EPC Contractor in the Middle East and North Africa in terms of numbers and capacities.
Among hundreds of various types and models of cranes, PETROJET owns two giant cranes, first one is a wheel crane with capacity of 500 tons, whereas the second one is a crawler crane which spearheads the lifting equipment fleet of PETROJET with outstanding lifting capacity of 1,250 Tons at 14m radius and main boom up to 144m.
