Spanish for expectant parents and their families.Workshop topics:

•Physical characteristics of infants/ children•Crash dynamics overview•Car seat types•Weight and height limits

•Correct usage of seats•Demonstration of proper installation•Common misuse of safety seats•When to graduate to the next seat•Upcoming car seat check-up events

From 71st Street: Turn north onCanton Avenue, then right on 68th

Street. Destination will be on your left.

If you are in need of a car seat, and are on government assistance, you may attend this workshop to receive a car seat for $10. Proof of government

assistance and $10 (cash only) must be provided at the time of the workshop. The car seat may then be picked up at a future car seat check up event of your choice. Please note that convertible car seats are used for expectant parents

and infants. Adults only in the workshop - no children.
