How we charge
“The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. It
cannot be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the
risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better.”
John Ruskin {social thinker and philanthropist} (1819-1900)
Our rates have been based upon the real costs involved with the service that we deliver for our
customers, we have spent considerable time analysing the real costs to deliver a well trained and
fully supported and resourced engineer to site in a
timely manner in a way that our customers have come
to expect.
We believe that our rates offer clear value for money
without the vagaries of travelling, parking or congestion
and the inevitable suspicions that customer have when
charges are made in that way.
SKILLED LABOUR
Training is at the heart of our business plan, we aim to ensure that
the engineer that comes to your site is well trained and confident in
ability to carry out the work in hand.
We use a multitude of training methods which include our own in-
house trainer , on top of which we use the Fire
Industry Association (FIA) training , the System
Manufacturers training as well onsite on the jobs
training with our senior technicians.
We also train our engineers using the
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification
Scheme) and hold IPAF licences for
using Cherry Pickers and PASMA for
using scaffolding towers.

Subject: System Takeover
The service we received from the initial outset from a meet and greet with Paul Field, the Managing Director, to the on-site visit from the engineers was second to none. The engineers were very professional, polite and went out their way to make us feel valued as a client. At all times they kept us updated with progress and a fully detailed report was provided before leaving site, this enabled us to be confident we were yet again protected and secure.”
