There is always a need felt to resize any g iven image. This process is easily achieved through camerasand image resizing so ftware. There are quite many websites that don’t allow images to get uploadedbecause o f their large picture sizes and high reso lution.
However there are some that will reduce the size o f the pho tograph on its own. Through this imageresizing process , the image quality and co lo rs take a backseat. The co lo rs can be lo st and pho tographcan be made so ft as a result .Hence, it is recommended to resize the image befo re uploading online.Through this process the quality o f the picture is no t compromised.
There are quite many reasons fo r resizing the image accurately. The prominent ones include creatingicons on the websites and reduction in image sizes o f pictures taken through a camera. Also fo r sendingimages via email, the size o f the picture is required to be reduced.
There is o ften a question whether the quality o f the image will be fo rfeited o r no t. The answer is yes. Ifthe pictures are reduced down to a smaller size and are resized back again to the o rig inal size , then theimage will get blurred. This is because the detailing in the image is dependent on two criteria. One is thenumber o f megapixels in the image. More the pixels in the image, more is the detail in it.

By resizing the image, the megapixel count in the picture is reduced.Resizing back to the o rig inal image means that the pixel count is more but the system does no t have allthe pixels to present the who le image. So it tries its best but ends up in images that are blurred out.
There is much so ftware present in market fo r image resizing that can save one from the above thingsand can add value to the pho tos.
