WHAT?The World Scholars Cup (WSC) is an educational
competition where students from around the world
compete against each other in academic events.
WHERE?Nanyang Girls High School

HOW?There are 4 events: 1. a multiple choice
challenge 2. a team debate
3. an essay4. a live tournament.
Questions are taken from 6 disciplines of
knowledge: 1. Visual art2. History
3. Literature4. Economics
5. Maths6. Science
Additionally…Each year has a theme:
2009The Fall of Empires.
WHO?150 teams
15 countries
TEAMS?Schools compete in teams
of 2 or 3.You may choose you own
team.
