What Am I?

What Am I? by Alexis GearhartMy abdomen is very hairy.

I have sharp little barbs on my abdomen. They are used to grip surfaces.I hunt my prey at night time because I dont want my prey to see me .

I can live up to 20-30 years.

I am afraid of weasels, owls, and hawks.

I can spin a web in tree holes.

I am an arachnid. I have two body parts and eight legs.I eat bugs like flies, ants, and centipedes.

I can lay over 1,000 eggs in my web at a time.

I am scary to some people.

What am I?
