The Revolution Will be TelevisedWhack the Boulevard Boulevard Party
Yes, friends, supporters and participants in the WAR ON FILTH AND FEAR, it's again time for us to unite anderadicate the unsightly, socially disfiguring weeds on our beloved OGDEN BOULEVARD. Weeds standing ashigh as two feet are daring us to cut them down as I tried to do last Fall in a joint effort.
I say try, because some caring visionary brought a crew out the week before my WHACK THE BOULEVARD
PARTY and cut down all of the weeds. Unfortunately, I never found out who stole my weed(s), but, those whoshowed up for my scheduled clean fest, celebrated the unsung contribution to North Lawndale.
Your participation in this effort will earn you an enlighten NICKEL BAG OF HOPE, which is filled withinspiration and character building nano thoughts. (It's the little things that makes us big). Reserve Saturdaymorning, November 12th, as the day you help Sel get the hell off Ogden Boulevard.
Beg, borrow or momentarily steal a weed whacker and join me in this bonding necessity. Leaving the weedswill result in trash and debris being caught by them and the ugly, demeaning appearance will go through thewinter. Don't let me down or else I might have to get dirty with you. The event will be documented by VideoSolution and televised.
Your Garbage Cop and friend,
Sel Dunlap
