• Maintenance high standard of skills for Sales personnel
• Coach employees and taking care of their professional development
• Provide support for Sales personnel in the office and on the field, by mentoring and coaching employees and following their performance
• Participate in the drafting of individual development and training plans for employees
• Be responsible for development processes and providing high quality level trainings and coaching aligned with business needs and company strategy
• Ensure regular reports and analysis on development activities
• Participate in company projects and activities regarding training and development
• Excellent in communication, especially in the field of sales
• People oriented with an ability to adjust to other people and to transfer knowledge
• Highly responsible • Creative and able to improvise and make things
happen• Self-driven and with ability to work under
pressure
• University degree• Training and development methodology
knowledge• Sales experience • Coaching experience• Fluency in English - written and spoken • Excellent MS Office knowledge• Driver’s license
