PVC SUCTION & DELIVERY HOSE PIPE
Suction & Delivery Hoses are designed incorporating a rigid PVC
spiral as an integral part of the soft PVC wall. The anti-shock rigid
spiral imparts superior crush resistance to the hose. Specially
formulated PVC compounds develop a top-grade medium duty
Suction & Delivery hose for meeting the challenging service
conditions in Suction & Delivery of water for irrigation purpose

ERW MS & G.I PIPE
ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding) pipes are manufactured by cold forming of steel coil into
a round cylindrical shape. In the initial times, it was done with the low-frequency A.C. current
to heat the edges. Now, since 1970 the low-frequency process changed to high-frequency
A.C. current to produce a higher quality weld.

M.S BLACK CASING PIPE
A casing pipe is a hollow steel tube that is typically rammed
into place through the earth by using a hydraulic or pneumatic
jack. After being driven, the displaced soil is removed and the
product pipe, or carrier pipe, is inserted inside the steel tube.
Application
Used in industrial as well as commercial bore well for
irrigation purposes

CHROME PLATED BATH FITTINGS
Chrome plating is used in several metallic products to increase its
durability because products which are chrome plated do not get
corroded easily. Chrome plating is mostly used in the automotive
industry and the bath ware industry.

FAQs 1) How can PVC pipes contribute to sustainable development?
The environmental impact of PVC products has been investigated in numerous studies,
quantified in many life cycle analyses and compared many times to products made from
alternative materials.
The latest and most comprehensive study was a Review commissioned by the EU. It showed
PVC products to be comparable to alternatives in their environmental impact.
The strongest aspects of PVC products are performance and cost; PVC products are amongst
the lowest cost products for a given performance. Low-cost products can positively
contribute to all areas.
Low-cost products save scarce money, so they are favourable to sustainable economic
development. Low-cost products are more affordable to socially disadvantaged people, not
only in industrialised but more so in developing countries and the money saved can be used
to optimise social development. Both points are favourable to sustainable social
development.
The money saved by low-cost products can be used to optimise ecological development, so
they are favourable to sustainable ecological development too.
2) What is the difference between M.S. Pipes and G.I. Pipes?
GI Pipe is “Galvanized Iron” Pipe. Material M.S. is mild steel and G.I. is galvanized steel that
has been hot-dipped. Mild steel is untreated and usually hot or cold rolled or in the case of
pipe extruded while molten.
3) Is any standard for M.S. Pipes?
We also offer these IS 1239 Mild Steel Tubes in compliance with IS: 3589- 2001 and IS: 10577-
1982. All our IS 1239 MS Tubes are supplied in accordance with ASTM /IS/BS specifications.
According to Thickness
(1) Butt-welded Light tubes +Not limited – 8 percent
(2) Seamless Tubes +Not Limited – 12.5 percent
4) How many types of M.S. Pipes are there?
Standard Pipe: There are three different types of standard metal pipes - welded (ERW Pipe),
seamless pipe, and galvanized pipe. They represent 10% of all tubular products. Line Pipe:
Used primarily in Oil and Gas Applications. Line pipe includes ERW, FW, SAW and DSAW Pipe.
5) Are Pipe Sizes standard?
The most common standard diameters are as follow: 0.5 inch (15 mm), 0.75 inch (20 mm), 1
inch (25 mm), 1.5 inch (40 mm), 2 inch (50 mm), 3 inch (80 mm), 4 inch (100 mm), 6 inch (150
mm), 8 inch (200 mm), 10 inch (250 mm), 12 inch (300 mm), 14 inch (350 mm), 16 inch (400
mm), 18 inch (450 mm), 20 inch (500 mm)
6) Which is better G.I. Pipes or M.S. Pipes?
Both MS and GI pipes are low carbon and zinc protected pipes respectively, used in a variety
of industries. Generally, a huge amount of carbon is present in iron, which is used for making
pipes and other harder materials. MS (Mild Steel) pipes or tubes contain a small amount of
carbon (0.18% or less) steel.
7) What is M.S. Black Pipes?
It is not galvanized and is an ideal product to be welded into pipes, tubes and other kinds of
tubing. It is one of the cheapest metals available in the market and can last up to 100 years
if placed in a well-maintained environment.
8) What is the Life Expectancy of CPVC Pipes?
The average life expectancy of CPVC pipes is typically 40 to 50 years – but attorneys are now
looking into whether the Flow Guard Gold CPVC pipes are failing much sooner, possibly
within a decade.
9) What are the Best Pipes for Agricultural Plumbing?
Copper pipes are popular for both hot and cold water pipes because they are heat resistant,
resist corrosion, and have natural anti-microbial properties. They are more expensive than
plastic pipe options.
