Focus on Digestion & Elimination and Reducing TOXIC LOAD
HEALTH STRESS Know where your toxins are coming from
(Plastics effect water & hormones)
Avoid tap water (Spring Water or Reverse Osmosis the best)
Work on building good “DIGESTIVE FIRE” Select high quality foods & work on eating in a calm,
relaxed environment. Make sure bowels are moving easily – 1-3 x’s/day Include a source of GOOD bacteria daily for proper
digestion and elimination as well as a healthy immune system (HMF Forte by Genestra a good one)

REDUCE all RED MEAT, PORK CORN, DAIRY
(can leave in this week if you want but switch to goat’s milk products)
ALCOHOL, CAFFINATED COFFEE, TEA & COLAS
QUIT SMOKING
# 3-One Large Leafy Salad or Green Smoothie Daily Offers vitamin & mineral rich nutrients & multitude of enzymes that the
body will use for digestion and other metabolic functions
Fast 14 hours/day - BREAKFAST Bed by 10 pm up for 7 am
11 pm is when gall bladder & liver start to detoxify so eating before bed won’t allow this process. EX; if dinner at 6 pm then breaking fast at am or if Snack at 8 pm, wait until 10 am. Piece of fruit 1st thing in
morning is cleansing, easy on digestive system & helps with elimination.
Drink warm glass of water Warm water gets the peristaltic action in the intestines
moving. Optional, add lemon. Rinse with water after.
