MUMBAI, Aug 5:

Jet Airways today extendedits special economy class fareoffer by two more days.

The city-headquartered air-line had on July 31 launched apan-India sales scheme, offeringfares as low as Rs 1,499 on allits economy class domestic net-works. Originally the offer wasto end today.

But 2-day special fare offerwill now be available for salefrom August 6 to August 7, withtravel effective from September 1onwards for flights within India,

Jet Airways said in a release here.Jet Airways passengers will

be able to enjoy substantial dis-count of 40 per cent on the basefare and fuel surcharge, acrossall its domestic destinations.

Domestic carriers, particu-larly the three budget carriers --SpiceJet, GoAir and IndiGo --are offering huge discountssince January this year.(PTI)
